Maureen O'Reilly grew up in the marshlands of Virginia, where shifting tides subliminally shaped an instinct for pattern, rhythm, and story.

She holds degrees in Environmental Science and Media Studies from the University of Virginia and began her career successfully selling multi-million-dollar partnerships to Fortune 100 Retailers.
Her work has spanned continents and industries, from collaborating with artisans in East Africa to modernizing apparel production in the American Southwest. She has led technical design for military-grade manufacturers, implemented advanced manufacturing technologies, and guided sportswear cut and sew through rapid operational growth.​

Maureen’s approach blends environmental awareness, precision craft, and forward-thinking strategy. She believes clothing is not just product. It is a universal language with the power to move markets and minds.

In her spare time, she enjoys teaching children, training horses, and reading to relax.
